Women’s club
Read Before Joining Compulsory
* This club of ours has been formed to support each other in business and for the growth of business.
* Since the main objective of the group is to increase the business, all the members have to complete the tasks given in each meeting.
* One woman can be a good helper to another woman, this aim should be common to all.
* Increasing the number of members in the group is the responsibility of all of us.
* It is everyone's duty to support the growth of the business to share new ideas in the group.
* It will be the responsibility of each member to give reference to the members of the group.
* It is mandatory to follow the rules set for Post Day.
* Strict adherence to uniform and time management rules is mandatory.
Rules:
• in 6 months you can take 2 leave instead and 2 leave it is mandatory to send your Substitute (any other person on your behalf).
• A member who joins a business category in a group cannot change the category later. So write your business category carefully.
• Leaders can take only 2 holidays. If they leave after 2 holidays, they will be removed from the LT Team.
• If we keep post day on every Saturday then those who do not post will be fined ₹200.
• Those not wearing uniform or batch will have to pay a fine of ₹100.
• A fine of ₹200 will be charged for arriving 10 minutes late from the time.
• Leave after 4 holidays in 6 months will be removed from the group.
• Diary and batch will be given once, if lost, payment will have to be given.
• if you are a member of any other business group, you will not be able to join this group. You will not be able to join any other group during one year after joining Women's Club. If found out later, you will be removed from the group
• Whatever business you do like selling products, network marketing, services, no one can force the member for products or services. If found doing such coercion, will be removed from the group.
• Members themselves are responsible for financial transactions in the Women's Club, so conduct transactions with care.
• Those who do not follow the rules of the group will be excluded from the group with three warnings.
• Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• Women's Club will have to follow the amended policy if any policy rules are amended in future.
• You can display your business in the group, elevator speech and post day, the same business that you have shown at the time of joining, and if you are doing any other business, you will not be able to show it in the group or anywhere else. Only during the activity of One Two One you Can advertise.
જોડાતા પહેલા ફરજિયાત વાંચવું
• આપણું આ કલબ એકબીજાને બિઝનેસમાં સપોર્ટ કરવા અને બિઝનેસના ગ્રોથ માટે બન્યું છે .
• ગ્રુપનો મુખ્ય ઉદ્દેશ બિઝનેસ વધારવાનો હોવાથી દરેક મિટિંગમાં જે ટાસ્ક આપવામાં આવે તે બધા મેમ્બર ને પુરા કરવાના રહેશે .
• એક મહિલા બીજી મહિલા ને સારી રીતે મદદરૂપ બની શકે આ ઉદ્દેશ બધાને જ યાદ રહેવો જોઈએ.
• ગ્રુપમાં મેમ્બર્સની સંખ્યા વધારવી એ આપણા બધાની જવાબદારી છે.
• ગ્રુપમાં નવા આઈડિયા શેર કરવા બિઝનેસના ગ્રોથ માટે સપોર્ટ કરવો એ બધાની ફરજ છે.
• ગ્રુપના મેમ્બર ને રેફરન્સ આપવા એ દરેક મેમ્બર ની જવાબદારી રહેશે .
• પોસ્ટ ડે માટે નક્કી કરેલા નિયમોનું પાલન કરવું ફરજિયાત છે .
• યુનિફોર્મ અને ટાઈમ મેનેજમેન્ટના નિયમોનું ચુસ્તપણે પાલન કરવું ફરજિયાત છે.
નિયમો :
• 6 મહિનામાં તમે 2 રજા લઈ શકશો 2 રજા ના બદલે તમે તમારા Substitute (તમારા વતી કોઈપણ બીજી વ્યક્તિ ) એમને મોકલવું ફરજિયાત છે.
• મેમ્બર ગ્રુપ માં જે બીઝનેસ કેટેગરી સાથે જોઈન થાય છે એ કેટેગરી માં પાછળથી બદલાવ કરી શક્શે નહી. તેથી સમજી વિચારી ને તમારી બીઝનેસ કેટેગરી લખવી.
• દરેક શનિવારે પોસ્ટ ડે રાખીએ છીએ તો પોસ્ટ ન મુકનારને ₹200 દંડ રહેશે.
• યુનિફોર્મ કે બેચ ન પહેરનારને ₹100 દંડ ભરવાનો રહેશે.
• ટાઈમ થી 10 મિનિટ મોડા પહોંચનારને ₹200 દંડ ભરવાનો રહેશે.
• 6 મહિનામાં 4 રજા પછી રજા રાખશો તો ગ્રુપમાંથી કાઢી નાખવામાં આવશે.
• ડાયરી અને બેચ એક જ વખત આપવામાં આવશે ખોવાઈ જશે તો પેમેન્ટ આપી લેવાનું રહેશે.
• જો તમે કોઈ બીજા બિઝનેસ ગ્રુપના મેમ્બર છો તો આ ગ્રુપ જોઈન કરી શકશો નહીં વુમન્સક્લબ જોઇન કર્યા પછી એક વર્ષ દરમિયાન બીજા કોઈ પણ ગ્રુપમાં જોઈન થઇ શકશો નહીં. પછીથી જાણ થશે તો તમને ગ્રુપમાંથી રીમુવ કરવામાં આવશે
• તમે તમારો જે પણ બિઝનેસ કરો છો જેમ કે પ્રોડક્ટસ સેલિંગ ,નેટવર્ક માર્કેટિંગ, સર્વિસ તોકોઈ પણ પ્રોડક્ટસ કે સર્વિસ માટે મેમ્બરને ફોર્સ નહીં કરી શકશો. જો આવી કોઈજબરજસ્તી કરતા માલુમ પડશે તો ગ્રુપમાંથી કાઢી નાખવામાં આવશે.
• વુમન્સ ક્લબમાં થતી નાણાકીય લેવડ દેવડ માટે મેમ્બર્સ પોતે જવાબદાર રહેશે તોસાવચેતીપૂર્વક લેવડ-દેવડ કરવી.
• ગ્રુપના નિયમોનું પાલન ન કરનારને ગ્રુપમાંથી ત્રણ વોર્નિંગ આપી બાકાત કરવામાં આવશે.
• એકવાર ભરેલી ફી કોઈપણ સંજોગોમાં પરત કરવામાં આવશે નહીં.
• વુમન્સ ક્લબમાં ભવિષ્યમાં જો કોઈ નીતિ નિયમોમાં સુધારા કરવામાં આવે તો સુધારેલા નીતિનિયમો નું પાલન કરવાનું રહેશે.
• જોઇનિંગ વખતે તમારો જે બિઝનેસ દર્શાવવામાં આવ્યો છે તે જ બિઝનેસને તમે ગ્રુપમાં ,એલિવેટર સ્પીચ અને પોસ્ટ ડે માં દર્શાવી શકશો સાથે સાથે બીજા અન્ય કોઈ બિઝનેસકરતા હોય તો તે ગ્રુપમાં કે અન્ય કોઈપણ જગ્યાએ દર્શાવી શકશો નહીં.ફક્ત વન ટુવન ની activity દરમ્યાન તમારા દરેક બીઝનેસ ની Advertisement કરી શકો છો.
